Hello, I'm Stephanie, a UX/UI Designer whose heart beats for challenging projects which make a positive impact on society. My experience as a freelancer, as well as being part of a team, taught me the ups and downs of different work environments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and working together with diverse people, does not only add new perspectives and valuable skills but also brings out the best in me. After gaining practical experience at one of the top three international digital agency in Switzerland working for clients like Swiss Federal Railways, Swiss Post and Coop Mondovino, I decided to widen my knowledge about design thinking and step outside my comfort zone. Next stop London – studying, living and working abroad has shaped my mindset and got me used to deal with new situations and uncertainty. I leap enthusiastically onto learning experiences. Mistakes don’t stop me, I see them as an opportunity to grow.

In my free time, I'm usually outside exploring new places and meeting people. Being an unstoppable power force on the volleyball court for over 13 years has taught me many skills. Staying calm under pressure, being a team player, using strategic thinking to create an advantage and leading with empathy are the key take-aways. I love to try new things and that's how I discovered my passion for boxing last year. In a quiet moment, you can find me either reading or writing.

WHAT HUMANS SAY ABOUT ME

"The most meaningful projects take lots of sweat and tears to bring to life. Stephanie’s 69 – The Story Collection is a not only a deeply meaningful design thinking project but also a humbling story of empowerment of a woman and growth of a creative thinker. It might take maturity to recognise the value of own struggles however it takes real guts to focus all your creative and problem-solving skills to attempt to solve that struggle for others through a collaborative human-centred project. That makes Stephanie the bravest young designer I know."

– Janja Song, Course Director MA Managing in the Creative Economy

"Thanks to Stephanie's high intellectual capacity and her networked thinking, she was able to solve complex problems and thus achieved timely financial statements even under difficult conditions. In addition, to the steady deepening of her knowledge, knowledge transfer within the company was important to her."

– Lorenzo Mutti, User Experience Director and Extended Executive Board at Unic AG

"From the very first moment, I realised that Stephanie has excellent design skills and a fast perception. She learned swiftly and quickly took over design tasks to my full satisfaction. For me, it is logical that a person with the curiosity and intelligence of Stephanie wants to make a step further."

– Christoph Widauer, Senior User Experience Designer at Unic AG

"Stephanie is a great team player with a positive and proactive attitude. She always strives for excellence, delivers great results and is very reliable. Her unique skill set, combined with her wonderful personality, make her an invaluable team member with whom it is fun to work with."

– Marcella de Tapia, Creativity & Business Coach, Photographer at Creato Studio

"Stephanie and I worked on multiple projects for the duration of the course at Kingston University. She is reliable, focused and gives everything to the project, but she is also a natural leader and tackles problems very creatively. Any company or project would be very lucky to have Stephanie on board."

– Mick Smyth, Marketing & New Business Manager at The BIO Agency

"Stephanie was an important, valuable member of our team due to her numerous, superb qualities. She has an excellent ability to collaborate, and she is excited to work with others. We admire and benefit from her sharp eye for details and highly developed organisational and design skills."

– Barry Shrier, Founder and CEO at Giant Health Events
