Reflexology is the technique of applying gentle pressure to the reflexes on the feet and hands to bring about a state of deep relaxation, stimulate the body's healing process, and help a person return to a state of balance and well-being.

It also helps with pain relief, boosting the immune system, improved elimination, nerve stimulation, human touch interaction, assisting post-operative recovery as well as preparing for surgery, encouraging the body to heal current disorders, and clearing the body of toxins and waste products.

Hi, I'm Stephi and I'm a big fan of approaching our health holistically. Reflexology is one technique to support our bodies.

🏡 Location: 10 minutes from Tooting Broadway Underground Station. I created a relaxing corner in my home and would love to welcome you there.
What to expect from a treatment
A treatment will last approx. 75 minutes
1️⃣ You'll fill in a medical history form (which I will email you beforehand) and we will briefly discuss this so that I can adjust the treatment for your needs - approx. 10 minutes
2️⃣ Before we start the treatment I will do a foot reading. This means I will have a look at your feet to understand more about you and also in case I need to avoid certain areas (e.g. if you have a cut etc.) - approx. 10 minutes
3️⃣ The treatment itself will be done on your bare feet and calves. I will start and end with a relaxing foot massage before I go through the reflex points with light pressure. Since I'm practicing I will ask you not to speak during the treatment. You can raise a finger if you experience sensitivity at any point. - approx. 45 minutes
4️⃣ I will conclude the treatment by playing back my findings and making suggestions - approx. 10 minutes
